Apply to the PENG Incubator

PENG is accepting applications for the Winter 2026 Build Sprint (Cohort [04]). The 12-week program will run from January to March 2026 and will be a hybrid of virtual collaboration and access to our hub in Shanghai.

The deadline to apply on-time is November 30, 2025. If you apply by the deadline, you are guaranteed a decision by December 15, 2025. We review applications as they come in and encourage you to apply early. Late applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, but we cannot guarantee a specific response time.

About the PENG Application Process

  1. If you want to apply, please submit the comprehensive application form below.

    Be thorough. We read every word.

  2. People who apply by the November 30 deadline will hear back by December 15.

    We respect your time and believe in moving fast.

  3. We look for evidence of execution

    The best evidence is a working product or prototype used by real people. However, we also fund exceptional founders at the idea stage.

    If you are at the idea stage, your application must demonstrate a deep, unique insight into the problem and clear proof of your personal ability to build.

  4. If your application is promising, we will invite you to a virtual interview.

    Most interviews will be held in early December. This is a direct, no-bullshit conversation about you, your team, and what you are building. We typically make and communicate decisions within 48 hours of the interview.

  5. You are part of the ecosystem from the moment you are accepted.

    We don't wait for the batch to start. Accepted teams get immediate access to our community, resources, and core team to help you hit the ground running.
